Single or Double dope Lithium Niobate Wafer Optical grade with Reduced Impurity Level

 

Lithium niobate (LiNbO3) is a useful photoelectric material. The material not only has unique piezoelectric, optical and photoelastic properties, but also has good mechanical and chemical stability. It is a very attractive material in the field of integrated optics because of its excellent electro-optic, acoustooptic and nonlinear optical properties.

 

BonTek offers up to 6 "in diameter, single crystal optical grade LN material that reduces impurity levels. Other specifications are available on doped wafers :Er:LN, MgO:LN and Fe:LN.

 

The most commonly used SAW directions are YZ-CUT and 128° Y-Cut, which are best suited for TV transmitting and receiving signal processing. The 128°Y-cut with X propagation is considered to have the lowest spurious signal level.

  • The product is fragile. We have adequately packed it and labeled it fragile. We deliver through excellent domestic and international express companies to ensure transportation quality.

 

  • After receiving the goods, please handle with care and check whether the outer carton is in good condition. Carefully open the outer carton and check whether the packing boxes are in alignment. Take a picture before you take them out.

  • Please open the vacuum package in a clean room when the products are to be applied.

 

  • If the products are found damaged during courier, please take a picture or record a video immediately. DO NOT take the damaged products out of the packaging box! Contact us immediately and we will solve the problem well.
